We at obor provide online entertainment services available only where local law permits. By opening an account and using our platform — whether for live-dealer tables, sportsbook betting, or slot games — you agree to these terms. Deposits and withdrawals on obor

We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). All deposits are processed instantly or within a few hours depending on the payment provider. We do not charge deposit fees; your bank or wallet provider may charge you. The minimum deposit on obor is typically our welcome offer; maximum depends on your account verification status and the payment method's daily limit.

Withdrawals are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Jakarta time). You request a withdrawal via your obor account, and we verify your balance and account status. If approved, we initiate a transfer to your original deposit method or to another verified account in your name. Bank transfers typically settle within 1–3 business days after we initiate them. Digital-wallet reversals settle within one business day in most cases.

We retain the right to hold or delay withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity, potential fraud, or policy violation. We may request additional verification (additional documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds declaration) before processing large withdrawals. If your withdrawal is held pending investigation, we notify you via email and in-app message.

Bonus terms and promotional conditions

We at obor hold the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms our platform, other players, or our business.

Prohibited conduct and account suspension

We at obor prohibit the following conduct on our platform: using automated software or bots to place bets or bypass our security measures; collusion with other players or our employees; fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity; harassment or abuse toward our dealers, support staff, or other players; and manipulation of game outcomes or exploitation of technical glitches.

If we detect prohibited conduct, we may suspend your account immediately and withhold any balance pending investigation. If our investigation confirms violation, we close the account permanently and forfeit the balance. You may appeal a suspension via email to our support team with supporting documentation, but the decision is final at our sole discretion.

We at obor reserve the right to close or suspend any account for business reasons, including but not limited to: suspected fraud or unusual account activity; non-use for an extended period; requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or changes in our service availability in your region.

Liability and dispute resolution

obor is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free transactions, or specific winnings or outcomes. Live-dealer games depend on real-time broadcasts and internet connectivity; if your connection drops mid-game, your bet may still resolve according to game rules. We are not liable for losses due to network outages, power failure, or your device malfunction.

If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, a game result was wrong, or your account was charged in error, contact our support team with details. We investigate all disputes and respond within 1–3 business days. If we confirm an error on our side, we credit your account with the disputed amount. If we cannot confirm an error, we explain our findings and you may escalate the dispute via formal appeal, which we review within 7 business days.
