Account eligibility and user representation

Modification and termination of service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate obor services at any time and for any reason. If we modify these legal terms, we notify you via email and in-app message at least 7 days before the change takes effect. If we suspend or terminate service in your jurisdiction, you may request withdrawal of your account balance within 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed balances are subject to our forfeiture policy.

We may terminate your account immediately if we determine you have violated these legal terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or accessed obor from a prohibited jurisdiction. Upon termination, your account balance is frozen pending investigation. If investigation confirms violation, your balance is forfeited.

Dispute resolution and governing law

Any dispute arising from your use of obor is governed by the laws of Indonesia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for resolution of disputes. If you file a legal claim against obor or our operators, you waive your right to any other forum or jurisdiction.
